Phoenix Murder Suspect Arrested After Fatal Shooting

A suspect has been apprehended in connection with a fatal shooting in east Phoenix. Deondre Franklin, 25, was arrested and booked into a Maricopa County jail on Jan. 17, facing a murder charge. The arrest follows an incident on Jan. 16 where 52-year-old Danny Lyn Kaster was shot.
