Upon arrival, they discovered the bodies of a 50-year-old man, a 49-year-old woman, and their two children, aged 14 and 16, throughout the home. The family's two dogs and cat were also found deceased.
Detective Acting Inspector Securo described the event as a "devastating tragedy" and stated that police are treating it as a double murder-suicide. Crucially, she confirmed that no weapon was used in the incident and the family had no history of reported domestic violence. The exact timeline of the tragedy remains under investigation, and it is not yet known when the deaths occurred.
