Occult Plotters Attack Youth for Uncovering Dark Secrets

In Kadapa district, three men were apprehended for allegedly attempting to murder a young man who had uncovered their involvement in occult rituals and the exploitation of a minor girl. The accused, identified as Kanipakam Vijay Kumar, Karnam Bala Hemanath, and his son Karnam Hemanath Bala Subrahmanyam, lured the girl's father with promises of financial gain through special rituals. They subsequently subjected the girl to physical misconduct at their residence.

Fearing exposure after the victim's son, Gade Naga Sai Pranav, grew suspicious, the trio forcibly took Pranav to a secluded area near Kadapa airport. There, they assaulted him and attempted to slit his throat. Pranav's cries alerted nearby residents, who intervened and rescued him, while the perpetrators fled.

Following the rescue and statements from the victim and the minor girl, police registered cases concerning the occult ritual and attempted murder. The suspects were intercepted and arrested near Ganeshpuram village. Authorities seized the vehicle and the weapon used in the assault.
