NYC Suspect Hunted for Two Deadly Shootings

Police are actively seeking Jesus Acosta, a 31-year-old man, in connection with two deadly shootings that occurred within days of each other in New York City. The most recent incident took place early Tuesday morning at a Bronx deli, where a 33-year-old man was fatally shot during a robbery. The assailant reportedly took an unknown amount of cash before fleeing the scene.

Acosta is also wanted for a fatal shooting that happened shortly after midnight on Sunday in Brooklyn. In that incident, a 44-year-old man sustained a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the hospital, while another man was injured. Police have released surveillance images of Acosta, describing him as 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighing about 175 pounds, with short brown hair and brown eyes. He also has tattoos including the word "Bronx" on his hand and "Bobby" on his left forearm.
