In Rochester, New York, Andrea Livers, 58, and her boyfriend, Lancysa Harris, 42, have been arrested and charged with second-degree murder, kidnapping, and endangering the welfare of an incompetent person. Their charges stem from the death of Livers' adult son, Timothy Green, 33, who was found deceased in his apartment on February 17, 2026. Green was discovered naked, severely malnourished, and emaciated, weighing only 88 pounds, with visible restraint marks on his wrists and ankles. Authorities reported that Green had developmental disabilities and relied on his Social Security and SNAP benefits, which Harris allegedly managed and misused, leading to Green's missed medical appointments starting around June 2024. Surveillance footage from the 45 days prior to his death allegedly showed Green never leaving the apartment, with only his mother and stepfather entering or exiting. Autopsy results later ruled Green's death a homicide, citing severe dehydration and failure to thrive in a probable setting of restraint. The couple is scheduled for a court appearance on September 23, 2026.
