Summary
- Woman impersonated nurse for four years, working in seniors' homes.
- She pleaded guilty to sharing intimate images without consent.
- Roberts violated house arrest terms by committing new offenses.

Hailey Roberts, 35, has pleaded guilty to sharing intimate images of a person without consent, a charge laid while she was under house arrest. This plea also admits to violating the terms of her two-year conditional sentence imposed in December. Roberts was serving house arrest for earlier convictions, including fraud and assault, stemming from her impersonation of a registered nurse for four years in seniors' facilities across Midland, Stayner, and Elmvale.
During her conditional sentence, Roberts committed the new offense of revenge pornography between February and May of this year. She had previously admitted to falsifying documents to work as a nurse, administering medication and vaccines to 58 patients. While Roberts expressed remorse and cited efforts at self-improvement in jail, the court heard of past deceptions, including faking illnesses and evading rent.
Roberts is currently detained and will resume her pastry chef role once released. The court is expected to sentence her next week, with a joint submission for two years of probation and a ban on contacting the complainant. Her sentence will include a period of curfew.
