- She faces charges of threatening violence and using a carriage service.
- Her trial is scheduled for February 2, 2026.

A Sydney nurse, Sarah Abu Lebdeh, is preparing to defend herself against allegations of threatening violence towards Israeli patients in a video that gained international attention earlier this year. The footage, recorded by an Israeli influencer, purportedly shows Abu Lebdeh and a colleague making threats against Israelis seeking hospital care.
Abu Lebdeh has pleaded not guilty to charges including using a carriage service to menace and threatening violence to a group. A previous charge of threatening to kill was withdrawn by prosecutors. Her trial is slated to commence on February 2, 2026, with her arraignment scheduled beforehand.
Her co-accused, Ahmad Nadir, also faces charges related to the incident and a separate drug offense. Both nurses have been suspended from their positions by NSW Health and are prohibited from working with NDIS participants for two years. They are currently out on bail as legal proceedings continue.
