Summary
- Two doctors and hospital booked for alleged negligence in Nuh.
- Patient's gallbladder removed instead of urinary tract stone.
- Hospital records tampered with to show consent for wrong procedure.

Two doctors and a private hospital in Tauru, Nuh, have been booked for alleged medical negligence. This action follows a complaint that a 24-year-old patient's gallbladder was mistakenly removed instead of treating a urinary tract stone.
An inquiry by the Haryana health department revealed that the patient's gallbladder was normal. Furthermore, hospital records were reportedly tampered with to indicate consent for the gallbladder removal, a procedure known as cholecystectomy. Attendants had only consented to surgery for bladder stones.
