A New Jersey woman has been charged with aggravated assault following an alleged poisoning incident that occurred over a month prior. Rohweniven Bacani, 52, of Hackensack, is accused of lacing an acquaintance's cup of tea with a benzodiazepine at a Fort Lee restaurant on September 8th.
