Neo, a well-known streamer, testified before a grand jury in Los Angeles on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. This grand jury has been investigating the death of Celeste Rivas since November. Rivas' dismembered remains were discovered in September inside the Tesla of D4vd, who is a suspect in her murder.
Neo was in the grand jury room for about 30 to 40 minutes. He was recently arrested in Helena, Montana, after an arrest warrant was issued by an L.A. judge. After being transported to Los Angeles, he was booked into LAPD's Metropolitan Detention Center and later bonded out.
Beth Silverman, the deputy district attorney presenting the case, was also seen entering the courthouse. D4vd is reportedly likely to be charged with Celeste's murder. LAPD homicide detectives have also identified a second suspect believed to have been involved before, during, and after Rivas' death.
