Tyson's arrest follows a domestic dispute called in by authorities to a residence on Chipper Curve Road. He has been charged with felony assault with intent to kill, first-degree arson, misdemeanor assault on a female, and misdemeanor injury to personal property. The fire caused damage to the couch and carpet, and Tyson is also accused of damaging a stove.
The suspect is currently held on a $750,000 bond at Jackson County Jail and is scheduled for a court appearance on December 1st. The incident serves as a stark reminder of the potential dangers of domestic disputes escalating to extreme violence.
