Tragic circumstances surround the discovery of a woman and her three children, found deceased in Muzaffarpur district on January 15. The bodies of Mamta Devi, aged 28, and her children Kriti, Aditya, and Ankush, were found near Chandwara Bridge. They had been missing from their rented accommodation since January 10.
