A 16-year-old boy, Kishan Kumar, was discovered deceased on Sunday, May 3, 2026, hanging from a litchi tree in the Ahiyapur police station area of Muzaffarpur district. He had been reported missing since the evening of Saturday, May 2, 2026.
Local authorities responded to the scene and recovered the victim's cellphone and slippers. Following a post-mortem examination at Shri Krishna Medical College Hospital (SKMCH), the body was returned to his family.
