Muzaffarpur Youth Shot Dead in Suspected Rivalry

In Muzaffarpur, a shocking incident occurred on Tuesday evening when 21-year-old Arjun Kumar was fatally shot by assailants in the Aurai police station area. Arjun, who worked at a local mobile shop, was returning home on his motorcycle when the attackers, apparently lying in wait, opened fire near Baliya village middle school. He succumbed to a bullet wound to the chest at the scene.

Family members rushed Arjun to Sri Krishna Medical College and Hospital, where he was declared deceased upon arrival. His mother, Rita Devi, stated that a month before the incident, Arjun had a confrontation with neighbors, who subsequently issued death threats. This familial account has led to the registration of an FIR against some of the neighbors.
