Mom Buried Alone, Twins Given to Abusive Ex-Husband
11 Jan
Summary
- Mother buried without children; twins released to father.
- Father had a prior domestic violence charge and conviction.
- Deaths under investigation; father not named suspect.

A disturbing case has emerged where a mother, Charity Beallis, was buried without her 6-year-old twins. Their bodies were instead released to their father, Dr. Randall Beallis, despite his history of domestic violence. The twins' mother and children were found shot to death in their Bonanza home on December 3, 2025. This discovery occurred just one day after a final divorce hearing.
Court documents reveal that Charity Beallis had previously sought a protective order and full custody, citing her husband's arrest and charges for domestic violence, including choking and causing her harm. He had pleaded guilty to third-degree battery in October 2025, receiving a suspended sentence and a no-contact order.
The investigation into the three deaths is ongoing. Officials have declined to comment on whether Dr. Beallis is a suspect. The surviving son has expressed deep distress, stating he doesn't know where his siblings are and that the situation is "sickening."
