Investigators with the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office have released a new age-progressed photograph of Nathan Edberg, 27 years after he disappeared. Edberg was last seen in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, in 1999 at the age of 21.
His vehicle was found unoccupied in a ditch near Interstate 694 and Interstate 35 East, featuring two flat tires. Footprints were observed leading away from the car toward the east, but Edberg's subsequent whereabouts remain unknown.
Lead Investigator Miles Kensler is exploring possibilities including that Edberg walked away, was a victim of foul play, or died in an accident. Searches utilizing canines and updated technology are scheduled for the disappearance area.
