Summary
- Three men convicted of child exploitation received jail sentences.
- The convicted men jeered and swore at the teenage victim in court.
- All three offenders were asylum seekers from Afghanistan.

Three men were recently convicted for their roles in grooming and sexually exploiting a vulnerable teenage girl. Hamdulluh Hamdadd, 24, and Rafiullah Naseri, 21, both from Hull, were found guilty of child sexual exploitation and paying for a child's sexual services. Amjid Akakhail, 22, from Wakefield, was convicted of paying for a child's sexual services.
Hamdadd and Naseri were each sentenced to eight years in prison, while Akakhail received a four-year sentence. During the sentencing at Hull Crown Court, all three men jeered and swore at the victim, who was present in the public gallery. Detective Inspector Tim Hudson described the case as a "harrowing example of grooming and manipulatively controlled predatory behaviour."
The court heard that the girl, who was 16 when she met Hamdadd and 17 when the offenses occurred between September and December 2025, was a "vulnerable runaway teen." The judge noted that the men used alcohol and drugs to control her, soliciting her for sex with others.
All three convicted men are Afghan nationals who arrived in the UK as asylum seekers. They were given lifetime restraining orders, placed on the sex offenders register indefinitely, and received sexual harm prevention orders for life. The victim's bravery in providing evidence was commended by both the police and the judge.
