In a remarkable turn of events, a 21-year-old man from Gosainganj has survived a brutal attempted murder, showcasing incredible resilience. The victim, Ravi Kumar, was reportedly stabbed 15 times around his neck and abdomen and subsequently dumped into the Indira Canal by his assailants.
Fortunately, Ravi's lifelong swimming skills, honed since childhood, enabled him to regain consciousness in the water and swim to safety. He is currently receiving medical treatment for his severe injuries, with his condition reported as stable.
Law enforcement swiftly cracked the case, apprehending all six accused property dealers within 24 hours. The motive for the attack was revealed to be retaliation for Ravi assaulting one of the accused over a payment dispute for drinks earlier. The vehicle used in the crime has also been recovered.
