A grim discovery in Gorakhpur's Baghihari area on Friday morning sent shockwaves through the community. The body of a middle-aged man was found inside a parked Hyundai i20 along the Pipiganj-Baghihari highway. Passersby alerted authorities after noticing the car parked suspiciously.
The deceased has been identified as Dhanesh Jaiswal, approximately 50 years old, from Nautanwa in the Maharajganj district. His body was discovered lying on the rear seat of the vehicle.
Inside the car, investigators found a liquor bottle, cold drink, burger, and plastic glasses. No visible external injuries were apparent on the body. Police are leaning towards the possibility that Jaiswal fell ill due to excessive alcohol consumption, leading to his death.
