In Phoenix, Arizona, a disagreement over a bathroom line at a QuikTrip on January 16 tragically escalated into murder. Danny Kaster, 52, was allegedly shot four times by Deondre Franklin, 25, after Kaster informed Franklin about the queue.
Franklin was arrested and charged with second-degree murder. He is currently held on a $1 million bond. Witnesses reported that Franklin became agitated and produced a gun when confronted about the line, leading to the fatal confrontation.
