Authorities responded to reports of two suspicious men at the mosque on Upper Park Road in Rusholme. While Connor has been charged, a second man initially arrested in connection with the event will face no further action. Connor is scheduled to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Friday, February 27th.
