Man Arrested Driving Past Home 100 Times

A mysterious man was arrested for DUI after allegedly driving past the home of missing woman Nancy Guthrie about 100 times, reportedly staring at her image on his phone. Law enforcement stopped the individual late Thursday night in Tucson, Arizona, after reporters noticed his suspicious behavior near the memorial outside the property.

Officers questioned the man for approximately 20 minutes. He was subsequently handcuffed and charged with driving under the influence, allegedly failing a sobriety test. The incident occurred as the search for the 84-year-old, last seen on January 31, enters its fourth week without concrete leads.

Nancy Guthrie's daughter, Today host Savannah Guthrie, has made emotional appeals for her mother's return. She recently announced a $1 million reward for information leading to Nancy's recovery. Savannah tearfully acknowledged the possibility that her mother might not be alive, emphasizing the family's need for closure.

The FBI has shifted its command post further from Phoenix, though agents remain involved in the investigation. Investigators believe Nancy was abducted, citing blood evidence found on her porch and doorbell camera footage of a masked figure shortly before her pacemaker stopped transmitting data.
