In Lucknow's Para area, a shocking case of murder has led to the arrest of four individuals, including the key accused Anshu Gautam (20) and Aashiq Yadav (21). The victim, a 16-year-old girl, had developed a connection with both Anshu and Aashiq through social media. The police report indicates that the accused believed the girl was romantically involved with them.
Upon discovering the girl was communicating with both Anshu and Aashiq, they felt betrayed and allegedly decided to kill her. The incident reportedly occurred on January 13 when the girl was abducted. Authorities state she was strangled inside a moving SUV with the help of associates Rishu Yadav (20) and Vaibhav Singh Rajput (23).
To conceal the crime, the accused then allegedly dumped her body on railway tracks in Sarojininagar, approximately 12 km from the abduction site, in an attempt to make the death appear as suicide. The family filed a missing person's report on January 16, leading to a kidnapping case, which was later amended to include murder and evidence destruction charges.
