The situation escalated when more individuals joined, intercepting the vehicle and issuing threats. The woman was reportedly molested, and the car sustained significant damage, including a shattered windshield and broken mirrors.
The incident, believed to have originated from a road rage dispute over overtaking, led to the registration of an FIR under multiple sections of the Indian Penal Code, including attempt to murder and rioting. Six accused were identified, with four LLB students arrested after the widely shared video prompted swift police action.
