Lindsie Chrisley Faces DUI Charge Post-Breakup
25 May
Summary
- Lindsie Chrisley arrested Saturday night on suspicion of DUI.
- She was released Sunday morning after posting bond.
- The arrest follows a messy breakup and mutual no-contact order.

Lindsie Chrisley was arrested over the weekend in Georgia on suspicion of driving under the influence. Jail records indicate she was booked on Saturday night and subsequently bonded out early Sunday morning. Chrisley explained to TMZ that she was stopped for speeding after attempting to avoid an animal and another vehicle. She asserts her intention to fight the DUI charge.
The recent arrest follows a period of significant turmoil stemming from her breakup with ex-boyfriend David Landsman. The couple had previously agreed to a mutual no-contact order extending through May 2027, which mandated maintaining a 500-yard distance from each other, their residences, and workplaces. This agreement also resolved custody of their dog, Oliver, who was returned to Chrisley.
The separation between Chrisley and Landsman became contentious with accusations of physical altercations from both sides. Landsman alleged Chrisley punched him, while Chrisley claimed Landsman assaulted and attempted to strangle her. Landsman was later arrested on an aggravated assault-strangulation charge related to an incident in April.
