Michelle Dick faces charges of battery, assault, and stalking, following alleged incidents involving Lindsey Buckingham. The charges include felony counts for threatening a crime, assault with a deadly weapon, and vandalism, alongside a misdemeanor battery charge. These alleged offenses range from October 2021 through March 2026.
Dick was arrested after allegedly attacking Buckingham on March 25 in Southern California. She is accused of approaching him and dousing him with an unknown substance before fleeing. Buckingham was unharmed. According to court documents, Buckingham alleges Dick harbors delusions, believing she is his daughter and that he harmed her as a child, claims his family denies.
Further allegations include dozens of daily messages, voicemails with death threats, and appearing at Buckingham's concerts. In November 2024, Dick allegedly made a false report to 911, claiming gunshots at Buckingham's home and his son's suicidal state, which led to a significant police response. Bail for Dick has been set at $300,000.
