Ekaterina Frolova, 46, known as the 'langoustine lifter,' was sentenced last month for a series of thefts in Chelsea, London. She was fined £350 in Westminster magistrates' court on January 5, 2026.
Frolova admitted to stealing approximately £200 worth of langoustines from outside the Michelin-starred restaurant Elystan Street. CCTV footage showed her taking the delivery box shortly after it arrived.
Her crimes extended to Petals at Bibendum florist, where she stole orchids, and Zen Pharmacy, from which she took hundreds of pounds worth of vitamins and nail clippers. She pleaded guilty to theft and burglary charges in December 2025.
