Summary
- Kyle Sandilands calls his legal fight with ARN Media 'pretty ugly'.
- Both Sandilands and Henderson are suing ARN Media for over $80m each.
- ARN Media is seeking damages for alleged breach of contract.

Kyle Sandilands has characterized his legal confrontation with ARN Media as "pretty ugly" and stated his primary wish is to resume his radio career.
Sandilands attended a joint case hearing at the federal court in Sydney, where he and his former on-air partner Jackie 'O' Henderson are each pursuing claims against ARN Media exceeding $80 million.
ARN Media has initiated its own legal action, seeking damages from both presenters for alleged breaches of their individual $100 million contracts and for claimed losses in advertising revenue.
ARN contends that Sandilands violated his contract through repeated on-air criticism of colleagues and the audience. The court proceedings are being managed by Justice Angus Stewart.
