The Didwana-Kuchaman district police have announced a reward of Rs 25,000 for information leading to the arrest of the main accused, identified as Ganpat Gurjar, Mahesh Gurjar, Dharmendra alias Deva, and Zuber Ahmed. The police teams, comprising nearly 100 personnel, have examined CCTV footage covering over 500 km and arrested 7 suspects who allegedly conspired and assisted the main shooters.

Superintendent of Police Richa Tomar stated that the murder was part of a planned conspiracy to create fear among local businessmen and intimidate them into paying extortion money. The police have seized the Scorpio vehicle used in the crime and are conducting further investigations to trace the shooters and their handlers.
