Jhund Actor Priyanshu Thakur Killed in Nagpur Dispute with Friend

Last month, on September 10th, 2025, Jhund actor Priyanshu Thakur, also known as Babu Chhetri, was tragically killed in Nagpur following a violent altercation with his friend. According to police sources, the incident occurred around 3 am in the Nara area under the jurisdiction of Jaripatka Police Station.

The dispute reportedly began with a heated argument between Thakur and his friend, identified as Shahu. The situation then escalated into violence, and Shahu allegedly attacked Thakur with a sharp weapon before fleeing the scene. When local authorities arrived, they found Thakur with serious injuries, and he was declared dead at the spot.

Authorities have registered a case of murder and launched a manhunt to trace and apprehend the absconding accused. Senior police officials also visited the crime scene as part of the ongoing investigation. The motive behind the altercation is still being determined, and further details are expected as the probe progresses.
