Actor Jay Dudhane, known for Bigg Boss Marathi 3, was arrested at Mumbai Airport in January regarding an alleged real estate fraud case. He vehemently denies the accusations, calling them completely false and expressing his commitment to cooperating with the Thane police. Dudhane was about to embark on his honeymoon when the arrest warrant and Lookout Circular (LOC) were revealed.
The police arrested Dudhane following a complaint by a retired engineer. The FIR alleges that Dudhane and four relatives defrauded the engineer of Rs 4.61 crore by convincing him to purchase five commercial shops that were already mortgaged to a bank. Consequently, charges of cheating and forgery have been filed against Dudhane and his family members.
Before his television fame, Dudhane began his career as a model and fitness trainer. He gained wider recognition after winning Splitsvilla in 2021 and later became a runner-up in Bigg Boss Marathi 3. He has since appeared in various Marathi television shows and films. He recently married his long-time partner, Harshala Patil, in December 2025.
