Siblings Allege Decades of Abuse by Jackson
2 Mar
Summary
- Four siblings filed a federal lawsuit alleging child sex trafficking.
- They claim Jackson abused them for over a decade on tours and at Neverland.
- The estate calls the claims a 'desperate money grab' and denies wrongdoing.

Four of the five Cascio siblings filed a federal lawsuit on February 27, 2026, accusing Michael Jackson of child sex trafficking and abuse over more than a decade. The allegations include rape and molestation occurring at his Neverland ranch and during the Dangerous and HIStory world tours in the 1990s. The lawsuit claims Jackson employed grooming, isolation, and psychological manipulation to maintain control over the plaintiffs.
Lawyers for Michael Jackson's estate have denied all allegations, describing the lawsuit as a "desperate money grab" and a "transparent forum-shopping tactic." This new action follows a multimillion-dollar settlement the estate reached with the Cascio siblings in 2019, which the siblings are now seeking to void. They allege they were coerced into signing the settlement without independent legal counsel after the "Leaving Neverland" documentary.
Previously, the Cascio siblings were vocal defenders of Jackson against child sex abuse claims. However, after the 2019 documentary, all five siblings began alleging they were abused. The estate maintains that the timing of these accusations, more than 15 years after Jackson's death in 2009, is opportunistic, especially as the estate has successfully generated over $3 billion from his legacy.
Michael Jackson died in 2009 without being convicted or held legally liable for child sex abuse. He settled a civil claim in 1994 and was acquitted in a 2005 criminal trial. The Jackson estate continues to vehemently deny all claims of sexual misconduct, viewing the accusations as a continued targeting of the late star's successful legacy.
