Police were called to Iman Shumpert's Atlanta residence early last week following a report of a verbal dispute. Upon arrival, officers observed Shumpert preparing to leave with a suitcase, stating he repeatedly asked a woman, identified as Joanna Donnejour, to vacate the property.

Donnejour claimed an argument escalated when Shumpert allegedly dragged her by the wrist and foot. She also alleged Shumpert "hit her."
