An illegal structure constructed on government-owned land in Sector 35, Gurgaon, has been demolished by authorities. The property was built by Kushalpal, a criminal who passed away two months prior due to illness. This action is part of a concerted effort to dismantle properties funded by criminal enterprises.
The investigation revealed the house was financed through illegal earnings and occupied approximately 400 square yards of Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) land. Kushalpal, from Begampur Khatola, had a long history of serious criminal charges, including murder, attempted murder, robbery, and offenses under the Arms Act.
The demolition operation was overseen by ACP Badshahpur Yashwant, with representatives from the town and country planning department and HSIIDC present. Law enforcement ensured the process was peaceful and adhered strictly to legal procedures, maintaining order with deployed police teams.
