YouTuber Stabbed to Death by Brother-in-Law in Hyderabad

In a tragic incident on Friday, a 30-year-old YouTuber and electrician named Shaik Mahaboob was murdered within his residence in Hyderabad's Golconda area. The attack occurred around 3:20 PM, shortly after Mahaboob returned home. He was reportedly pursued by a group of individuals and sought refuge inside his house, but the assailants forced their way in.

Mahaboob sustained multiple stab wounds and injuries from blunt objects, including iron rods and gym gear, during the assault. The main suspect identified by police is Shaik Sohail, the victim's brother-in-law, who was allegedly accompanied by his associates, Afu and Jabir. The victim died at the scene before he could receive medical attention.

Authorities believe the murder is linked to deep-seated family discord. Mahaboob had entered into a love marriage approximately eighteen months prior, which faced opposition from some relatives. Despite the couple having a child, tensions with his in-laws persisted, leading to the suspected motive for the violent act. Police are actively working to arrest the accused and are examining witness statements to determine the precise motive.
