The proceedings focused on notorious rowdy-sheeters and members of rival groups with a history of violence, including murder and attempted murder. Detailed reports of retaliatory clashes were reviewed, underscoring the need for intervention. As a result, all 86 individuals were ordered to execute security bonds, legally pledging one year of peace and good behaviour.
This action serves as a strict warning. Should any gangster violate the terms by breaching the peace within the year, their security bond will be forfeited, and separate strict legal action will follow.
