In a shocking turn of events in Hyderabad, three individuals have been apprehended for the murder of an 80-year-old woman, Begari Ramulamma. The motive behind the crime appears to be the theft of her valuable jewelry. Ramulamma had been reported missing by her son on November 21, sparking a police search.
The investigation took a grim path when a villager reported a foul smell emanating from an abandoned property. Upon inspection, Ramulamma's decomposing body was found concealed in a sack, with her distinctive gold beads and silver bangles missing. This discovery strongly suggested foul play and a robbery.
Through meticulous analysis of CCTV footage and call records, police zeroed in on the suspects. During interrogation, the accused reportedly confessed to strangling Ramulamma when she visited one of their homes on November 18. They then disposed of her body and have since been remanded in judicial custody.
