Summary
- Garage allegedly used to store victim's body after murder.
- Evidence suggests an attempt to dismember the victim's body.
- Home rented furnished for over $23,000 monthly.

A Hollywood Hills rental property, central to a murder investigation, is now listed for rent, asking over $23,000 per month. The home gained notoriety after prosecutors alleged it was used in connection with the April 2025 murder of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas.
Court documents indicate Rivas was allegedly stabbed inside the Sunset Strip residence after being transported there from Lake Elsinore, CA. Investigators reportedly found evidence in the garage consistent with attempts to dismember her body, including bloodstained materials and an inflatable pool.
This same property was raided by the LAPD in September 2025, following the discovery of Celeste's body in a Tesla. Despite its connection to the crime, the homeowner sought to re-rent the property, which is now available furnished with high-end amenities.
Previously, a cleanup crew was observed clearing out the belongings of an individual named D4vd from the residence in October 2025. The 4,300-square-foot home features four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, boasting a resort-style pool and extensive terraces.
