Rahul, the elder son of a PAC constable posted in Sitapur, had married twice. His first marriage had ended earlier, and he had remarried about five months ago. However, the new marriage was facing difficulties, as Rahul had been insisting that his wife come back home, but she reportedly declined to do so.
Upset and distraught over his wife's refusal, Rahul allegedly took the extreme step of hanging himself with a stole from a tree near his house on the night of October 27, 2025. His family members discovered his body early the next morning and informed the police.
The local police station's SHO, Sanjay Shukla, stated that a police team reached the spot and sent Rahul's body for a postmortem examination. The authorities are investigating the case further to determine the exact circumstances surrounding Rahul's tragic death.
