The post-mortem examination of 25-year-old Harjinder Singh, alias Harry, revealed that a bullet penetrated his abdomen, causing severe damage to vital organs and leading to his death. The autopsy, conducted by a three-member board, documented two bullet injuries, one impacting his abdomen and arm, and another his thigh.
Further examination uncovered multiple fractures on his legs and arm, alongside blunt-force injuries to his head and abdomen, suggesting a sustained and violent assault. Harjinder was shot and attacked after dropping a friend off in Swatantra Nagar late at night.
Police have registered a murder case against Harjinder's alleged rivals.
