Sources indicate Bainsla was returning from a party with three friends when the altercation with biker Shivani Chauhan began near Sector 53 metro station. After a brief argument, Bainsla allegedly chased Chauhan for approximately two kilometers before striking her vehicle with his car.
Chauhan, who posted a video of the incident, stated that Bainsla's intent was to kill her. She also reported that Bainsla hurled a slur at her before the attack. Lavnish, a friend in Bainsla's car, is accused of instigating the chase and making indecent comments. The Gurugram police have issued notices to two other occupants of Bainsla's car, and their statements will be recorded as part of the ongoing investigation.
Authorities have seized Bainsla's car, which was registered under an acquaintance's name. Blood and urine samples from Bainsla have been collected for testing to ascertain if he was intoxicated during the incident. The victim expressed dissatisfaction with the arrests, emphasizing the need for punishment to prevent future occurrences and calling for the arrest of all individuals present in Bainsla's vehicle.
