Summary
- Unknown assailants fired shots at Guru Randhawa's Delhi gym.
- The Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for the shooting.
- The gang cited the singer's alleged closeness to Salman Khan.

Unidentified assailants fired several rounds at the glass facade of singer Guru Randhawa's 24HS Fitness gym in Delhi's Paschim Vihar area on Thursday. The attack occurred when two masked men on a motorcycle fired shots before fleeing the scene.
Shortly after, the Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for the shooting through social media posts and an audio clip. Alleged gang members cited Guru Randhawa's reported closeness to Bollywood actor Salman Khan as the motive. The speaker in the audio clip referred to the attack as "just a trailer."
Police officials have stated that the authenticity of the claims is still under investigation. Multiple police teams have been formed to apprehend the attackers, with ongoing efforts including the analysis of CCTV footage and the collection of forensic evidence from the gym.
This incident echoes a similar event last month where the Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for firing outside the residence of Gurpartap Singh Kang, manager of Punjabi singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh, in Haryana's Karnal.
