Indian-Origin Man Fatally Stabbed in London

A fatal stabbing in Southall, west London, has resulted in the death of 26-year-old Gurbhej Singh, who was of Indian origin. The incident occurred on Wednesday at approximately 00:30hrs near the junction of North Road and Dormers Wells Lane.
Paramedics responded to reports of a stabbing and found Mr. Singh and another man injured. Despite life-saving efforts, Mr. Singh was pronounced dead at the scene due to a knife wound. The second victim, believed to be in his 30s, was treated in hospital and has since been released.
In connection with the tragedy, seven men were arrested on suspicion of murder. Following further investigations, six of these individuals have been released with no further action. One man remains on bail pending the ongoing investigation.
Homicide detectives are continuing their investigation into Mr. Singh's death. Police are appealing to anyone with CCTV footage of the area or who was present at the time and has not yet come forward to contact them. A GoFundMe campaign has been initiated to assist with repatriation and funeral arrangements.
