In Gujarat's Vadodara, a shocking murder conspiracy was exposed when Girish Patel, a paan parlour owner, narrowly escaped death. Patel was abducted on April 15 while returning home and subsequently thrown into a canal near Sojitra by assailants. Miraculously, he survived the ordeal.
Investigations led police to arrest six individuals, including Patel's wife, Falguni Patel, and her alleged lover, Kaushik Sharma. Sharma reportedly hired a contract killer for Rs 35,000 to eliminate Girish Patel. Frequent communication between Falguni and Kaushik prior to the incident was discovered through call records.
Additional accused individuals, including Rudra Rawal, were allegedly involved in surveillance and execution of the abduction. The attackers also stole Patel's ATM card and cash. All six accused have been placed in judicial custody as the investigation continues.
