Jury Finds Nurse Guilty in OnlyFans Model's Death

Prosecutors stated that an infection led to a fatal pulmonary embolism, with silicone reportedly found in Gourkani's bloodstream. Gomez, who had been out on bail, was remanded into custody following the guilty verdict and is scheduled for sentencing on May 5. Gourkani's family initiated a GoFundMe campaign after her passing, expressing gratitude for the support received.
