A Grass Valley resident was arrested on August 19th, 2026, following a substantial drug seizure. Authorities located approximately 1.1 pounds of suspected cocaine and 57 grams of suspected methamphetamine. The drugs were discovered during a search of a vehicle and a motorhome belonging to the suspect, Jennifer Lynn Dietrick, aged 40.
Detectives encountered Dietrick at a local car wash. Knowing she was subject to pretrial supervision that allowed for search and seizure, officers proceeded to search her vehicle. Dietrick also indicated that a nearby motorhome was hers, which was subsequently searched as well.
In addition to the cocaine and methamphetamine, investigators found Trazodone pills and drug paraphernalia. Other suspected illegal substances were also confiscated for testing. Dietrick faces charges including possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell. She is currently being held on $100,000 bail.
