Grandmother Found Dead, Son Arrested for Murder

A 74-year-old grandmother, Angela Biggs, was discovered deceased at her home in Upton Park, East London, yesterday afternoon. Police were called to the semi-detached property following reports of a death. Officers attempted resuscitation at the scene but were unsuccessful.

Her 44-year-old son, Richard Clayton, who had recently moved in to care for his mother due to her health issues, was arrested on suspicion of murder.
