Southern Hospitality Star Arrested for Pills
17 Mar
Summary
- Grace Lilly arrested for illegal possession of clonazepam pills.
- She previously faced charges for second-degree harassment.
- Lilly has upcoming court dates in May and August.

Grace Lilly, a 27-year-old reality television personality known for "Southern Hospitality," was arrested on March 10 in Charleston, South Carolina. The arrest stemmed from the illegal possession of twelve clonazepam pills. Forensic testing by the Charleston Police Department confirmed the pills were a Schedule IV controlled substance. Lilly initially informed authorities that she believed the pills to be birth control. Following the test results, a new arrest warrant was issued for the Bravo star.
This incident represents Lilly's second arrest within a three-month period. She was previously taken into custody on December 28, 2025, on a warrant for second-degree harassment in Charleston. During that prior arrest, which occurred after being pulled over for an illegal lane change, police discovered a container labeled "happy pills" in her vehicle. The container held twelve white pills with a "P" imprint and a half blue pill. Lilly stated the blue pill was Xanax, for which she claimed to have a prescription, and the white pills were birth control.
Second-degree harassment in South Carolina is defined as a pattern of intrusive behavior without legitimate purpose, intended to cause mental or emotional distress. Grace Lilly is currently featured in the fourth season of "Southern Hospitality," a spin-off of "Southern Charm." She has upcoming court appearances scheduled for May 1 and August 21 concerning these charges.
