Ghaziabad Woman Confesses to Killing Husband with Brick

On September 29th, 2025, a 40-year-old woman named Sunita approached the Nandgram police in Ghaziabad, alleging that two of her husband Manish's friends, Bhola and Akshay, had murdered him the previous night. However, as investigators looked into the case, discrepancies emerged, and they grew suspicious of Sunita's claims.
Acting on a tip-off, the police arrested Sunita from a relative's house in Sihani village on October 1st, 2025. During interrogation, Sunita confessed to the crime, admitting that she had killed her husband Manish. She told the police that she and Manish would often fight over his drinking habit, and on September 28th, 2025, the situation escalated when Manish had sold their refrigerator to buy alcohol and gone out drinking with Akshay.
Around 10 PM that night, Sunita went looking for Manish and found him drinking in a field near a liquor shop in Somwar Bazaar. The two got into a heated argument, where Manish allegedly verbally abused Sunita and their daughters. Enraged, Sunita picked up a brick lying nearby and repeatedly struck him on the head and face, killing him on the spot.
