Two Friends Murdered in Dhaba Brawl; Owner Held

The owner of a Ghaziabad dhaba, identified as 42-year-old Dharmendra Sharma, was arrested on Sunday. This follows a deadly altercation that transpired on Friday night at his establishment, Vaishnav Pure Vegetarian Restaurant, located in Khoda colony. The incident involved three friends who visited the dhaba for dinner around 10 PM.
An argument reportedly began between the friends and a dhaba staff member over the delay in service. The situation intensified when one of the friends allegedly slapped the worker. Enraged, the owner, along with several staff members, armed themselves with sticks and knives and attacked the trio.
Two of the friends, Shri Pal and Satyam Kumar, succumbed to their injuries after being taken to a Delhi hospital. The third friend, Anurag Kumar, is currently receiving medical treatment. An FIR has been filed against multiple individuals for murder and rioting.
